A house with a very “castle” vibe hit the real estate market in Laguna Niguel, Calif., For $ 1.6 million.
The 2,400-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath home was “Italian-inspired,” according to the listing on Zillow, and is less than three miles from the beach.
But not everyone is impressed.
While there were fans of the unique property, others took to the house’s comments section in its post on the popular social media page Zillow Gone Wild to ask the tough questions.
“Which room has the mirror that always talks about the beauty of Snow White?” one person asked.
“I would put up with the entrance to the castle mini turret in order to have the pool and the location,” said another. “For $ 1.6 million, I don’t care if it’s haunted. Actually, no … I’d rather he was haunted.
“Wow, it’s not even that big, but it looks like a mansion,” one person observed. “Great house. “
“Champagne taste and beer budget,” said another. “The pool is nice though.”
“My 5 year old loves it because it ‘looks like Rapunzel’.”
“It’s kind of a regular pound cake with all a frosting,” someone joked. “Nothing special but the pool.
“Gorgeous,” said another. “Little or a lot of neutral color for me.”
“Someone won the award for the best sandcastle,” one person joked.
Laguna Niguel is located in Orange County, approximately 100 km south of Los Angeles.
