This one is no longer on the menu! After years of procrastinating in and out of the market, several price drops, many tears and at least one stuck deposit, In-N-Out Burger billionaire Lynsi Snyder has finally managed to unload her LA compound, just like this. was first revealed by Mansion Global. The titanic spread, located in the watched enclave of Bradbury Estates in Bradbury, Calif., Cost an estimated $ 16.3 million in an all-cash deal.
While that figure is a huge sum of money – and among the highest prices ever paid for a home in Los Angeles’ San Gabriel Valley – the $ 16.3 million is also more than 1.1 million bucks. less that Snyder herself paid for the place almost 10 years ago. In August 2012, she shelled out just over $ 17.4 million for the Tuscan-style giant, which was built in 2010 by Adrian Beltre, possibly a future Baseball Hall of Fame member. (Despite selling this mansion to Snyder, Beltre still lives in Bradbury – he custom built another huge estate a few doors down.)
Naturally, the identity of the spendthrift buyer is hidden behind a mysterious LLC. But the rumor in the holy streets of Bradbury is that the new owner is a co-founder of tech giant ServiceTitan. Founded by Armenian immigrants Vahe Kuzoyan and Ara Mahdessian in 2012, ServiceTitan has risen from obscurity to become one of California’s hottest tech startups; the company provides software designed to help blue collar workers like plumbers, electricians and HVAC specialists. ServiceTitan is headquartered in the town of Glendale, just 15 miles west of Bradbury Estates.
ServiceTitan remains a private company – for now – but has 1,600 employees and is said to be valued at nearly $ 10 billion after raising $ 1.1 billion from investors. A widespread IPO in 2022 would potentially turn its two founders into billionaires in their own right. As for Snyder, the only granddaughter of the founders of In-N-Out, she’s already a certified member of the billionaire club – and one of the richest women in the world, to boot. Forbes says the Glendora, Calif., Native is worth $ 4.2 billion.
We will have to wait a bit to see if it was Kuzoyan or Mahdessian who bought the Bradbury estate, but the two men have well-documented affinities for luxury real estate. According to records, Kuzoyan owns a multi-million dollar mansion in Glendale, as well as a significant estate just off the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Mahdessian also owns a lavish Glendale resort and a $ 4.6 million mansion in Los Angeles’ coveted Toluca Lake neighborhood.
It is not yet clear where Snyder is moving, but she has reportedly spent a lot of time in Orange County, California. And a move to the CO would certainly make logistical sense, given that In-N-Out’s head office is in Irvine; the area is also home to Snyder’s ex-husband Richard Martinez, with whom she shares custody of her two eldest children. Martinez, a former In-N-Out janitor, now lives in a lavish Newport Beach mansion owned by his new wife – insurance mogul Adriana Gallardo.
In the meantime, Snyder has several more homes: an oceanfront getaway in Hermosa Beach, Calif., And a walled ranch north of the remote community of Shingletown, Shasta County, Calif. She also still owns a lovely cottage in Glendora which was the last home of her late grandmother, In-N-Out co-founder Esther Snyder. (Sometimes referred to as the “Mother of American Drive-thru”, it was Esther Snyder who popularized the relatively unknown concept of a drive-through restaurant in the late 1940s and early 1950s.)
Joe Chiovare and Ronald Chang of Coldwell Banker held the Bradbury listing; Stacey Boucher of Keller Williams Los Feliz replaced the buyer.
