Cute pet Cheese has its own furniture and even cleans its room, says owner Tiffany Zhang

This hamster has its own home and even holds its personalized spoon and bowl while eating.

Cheese the dwarf hamster is owned by Tiffany Zhang, 29, of Manchester, who has created a hamster house and trained Cheese to use utensils herself.

The cute animal has its own room, furniture and equipment for snacks.

The house has its own stairs, bedrooms and bed for Cheese to take a nap or eat in different areas.

Tiffany insists that Cheese even regularly cleans her own room.

She said: “I have had Cheese for about 16 months and she doesn’t look like any pets I have had.

“She cleans her own room regularly, throwing in anything she doesn’t want, mostly her own poop.

“When she’s alone during the day, she sleeps, eats, digs, cleans her room and grooms a lot.

“She’s very adaptable and intelligent when it comes to the food she likes, so I managed to get her used to eating yogurt while holding mini spoons or bowls herself.

Tiffany added, “I bought a DIY dollhouse set from a craft store and put the house together, then it took me a while to find the furniture that is not just one. reasonably priced, but also the right size for a dwarf hamster.

“The mini cushions, plates, spoons and bowls are from Japan, I bought them on my last trip to Tokyo because I collect designer toys and collectibles myself, plus I thought it would be a good one. size for a dwarf hamster. “
