Waitrose strikes deal with Montezuma to display new range of flavors – Grocery Gazette



Waitrose has struck a deal with chocolatier Montezuma to create a new range of confectionery which will feature the brand’s latest flavor combinations.

Selected Waitrose stores in 28 locations across the UK will host a dedicated area at Montezuma Chocolates Bay, offering chocolate lovers the chance to browse its “most loved products”, the label said.

chocolate brand is known for its selection of miniature chocolate bars, with new entries such as Nutterscotch and Black Forest.

Display areas dedicated to retailer will include many of the confectioner’s best-selling chocolate bar flavors such as Chilli Lime Flavored ‘Hot Pickle’, Floral ‘Happy Hippy’, Classic Milk ‘Smooth Operator’ and ‘Happiness’ preferred with salted caramelized hazelnuts.

Paired with Montezuma’s artisan truffle boxes, the range will also offer options for vegans.
